Job Description:

Position: Customer Service-Telecommute

**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of our major clients in a flexible remote position. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
• Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
• Providing information on company products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
