Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and supervise technical quality, ensuring adherence to client, regulatory agency, and company requirements.
  • Perform administrative functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and staffing.
  • Maintain harmonious client relations.
  • Serve as the project Quality Manager on medium to large projects, if necessary.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Operating System Requirements (OSR) in offices for which responsibility is allocated.
  • Maintain relationships with key internal and external clients and the external quality community.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to implement policies and procedures consistently across all business lines, functions, and locations.
  • Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems, evaluate realistic options, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Organize and prioritize a variety of complex projects and multiple tasks effectively and timely, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
  • Adhere to and support the project’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.

Qualifications:

  • An accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an applicable field of study.
  • Twelve years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen years if non-degreed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
