Our client is currently seeking an Immigration Consultant to join their team in Toronto, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals and corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on immigration matters
– Prepare and submit visa applications, including temporary and permanent residency visas
– Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws and policies
– Create and maintain client files and documentation
– Represent clients in hearings and appeals
– Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Immigration, or related field
– Minimum 3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant
– Registered member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)
– Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and policies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
