Novocol Pharma is seeking an IT Manager, Service & Support for Americas to oversee IT services and support for global production. The role includes managing IT services to ensure smooth operations for a global customer base.
Job Description

Demonstrates advanced level of technical capabilities on an on-going basis and contributes to the technical expertise within a specific team.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement and support software solutions using a range of new technologies and tools
– Maintain and support existing software solutions, resolving issues as needed
– Work closely with business analysts and other team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and desired outcomes
– Participate in technical design sessions and assist in defining best practices for software development
– Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and procedures
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
– Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 5+ years of experience in software development
– Proficiency in Java, Python, SQL and other programming languages
– Strong understanding of software development and design principles
– Experience with agile development methodologies
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Full understanding of the software development lifecycle
