The Employment Services Manager will oversee a team of service providers who assist individuals with finding employment and support businesses in building a healthy economy from a community perspective.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
