The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) at Percona must possess a strong set of skills and responsibilities to guarantee effective service delivery. They work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure that the benefits and terms of Managed Services agreements are clearly communicated and understood by all parties involved.
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled administrative assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining supplies. The administrative assistant may also be required to answer phones, greet clients, and assist with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
– Handle incoming phone calls and emails
