Position: Medical Receptionist

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical office in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
– Register new patients and update existing patient information
– Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of experience working as a medical receptionist
– Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
