The Services Coordinator is an essential link between Foundry Central Office and Foundry Centres in BC, offering project and engagement support to ensure the success of Individual Placement & Support programs.
Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $23 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide information about products, services, and promotions
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
– Maintain accurate customer records and notes
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet individual and team targets for customer service satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
