Contract Administrator

Job Description

Our company is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in contract administration and will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors. The Contract Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract terms and conditions, as well as managing contract changes and amendments.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
– Ensure all contract terms and conditions are met
– Manage contract changes and amendments
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate contract records and files
– Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth contract execution
– Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3+ years of experience in contract administration
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of contract law and regulations
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
