Security Officer

Our company is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have previous security experience and be able to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
– Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
– Respond to emergencies and alarms in a timely manner
– Investigate disturbances
– Write reports of daily activities and irregularities
– Complete security logs and incident reports
– Work closely with law enforcement when necessary

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven work experience as a Security Officer
– Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures
– Ability to operate surveillance equipment and alarms
– Strong communication skills
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
– Must have a valid driver’s license
