Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16 – $22 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. In addition, the Customer Service Associate will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
– Resolving customer issues and complaints
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Providing support to the Sales and Marketing teams as needed

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience preferred
