SharkNinja is seeking talented individuals with innovative ideas to join their team and help develop the next big thing. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to play a key role in their Amazon Canada media strategy.
Concierge

Our hotel is seeking a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide exceptional assistance to our guests. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, making reservations, providing information about the local area and attractions, and assisting with any other requests or inquiries. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be well-groomed, and have great communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and provide a warm welcome
– Assist guests with reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc.
– Provide information about local attractions, events, and activities
– Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain a neat and organized work area
– Ensure guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Professional appearance and demeanor
