The Manager of the IT Project Management Office reports to the Director of Digital Transformation and is responsible for providing leadership in aligning project management practices with the organization’s strategic goals and client priorities. The Manager leads the development of consistent project management processes and promotes their implementation throughout the organization.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain filing systems
– Prepare and edit documents
– Assist with ordering office supplies
– Greet and assist visitors
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
