The Operations Shift Superintendent will report to the Manager, Berth Operations in the Natural Gas industry. They will be responsible for identifying and communicating operational, maintenance, and project needs to operating Foremen.
Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
– Handling incoming customer calls and emails
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
– Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
