Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing various marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
– Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain customers
– Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
– Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and within budget
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
– Proficient in social media management and content creation
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
