Position: Call Center Representative
Location: Markham, ON
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and provide product information
– Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
