Job Description

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of customer inquiries, orders, and requests.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
– Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
– Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
– Process customer payments and credits
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and order information
– Generate and follow up on sales leads
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
