We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting them with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and address their inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Respond to customer emails and messages promptly
– Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
