Position: Client Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $20 – $25 per hour

Our company is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner
– Address any complaints or concerns from clients and work to resolve them effectively
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients

Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or client relations

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset, but not required
