Job Description

Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Our company, a leading retail store in Calgary, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong interest in the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Process payments and handle cash transactions
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Assist in restocking and merchandising products
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Basic math skills
– Ability to stand for extended periods of time
