Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer information in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
– Process orders and track shipments for customers
– Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
