Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Identify and escalate priority issues to management
– Provide product information and assistance to customers
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain accurate customer records in company database

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
