Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and organized Event Coordinator to assist in planning and executing a variety of events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, working with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for managing event budgets and schedules, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking
– Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and ensure their expectations are met
– Create event schedules and timelines to ensure events run smoothly
– Assist in marketing and promoting events to increase attendance
– Manage event set-up and breakdown, including coordinating staff and volunteers
– Keep detailed records of event expenses and track budget expenditures
– Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
