Job Description:

GVA Lighting Inc. is currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team for the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of products, following technical instructions, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

– Operate machinery and equipment to assemble products according to specifications
– Follow technical drawings and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
– Conduct quality inspections and report any issues or defects to supervisors
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
– Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working in a production environment is preferred
– Ability to work night shifts (10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
