The job of Site Project Coordinator in Vancouver, BC involves assisting the Site Superintendent and Project Manager with planning and coordination of projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and availability
– Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all customer interactions are handled with care
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
