Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
– Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
– Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR-related issues
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– SHRM or HRPA certification preferred
