Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced administrative assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Coordinate appointments and meetings
– Maintain and organize files and records
– Assist with data entry and report preparation
– Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning
– Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
