Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner
– Provide information about products and services, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
