The Brand Activity Manager (Contract) in Guelph, Ontario is responsible for developing and executing marketing activities under the guidance of the Trade Marketing Manager. Salary ranges from $65,900 to $82,400.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
– Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Coordinate meetings and appointments
– Assist with the onboarding of new employees
– Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an office administrator or a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
