Job Description

Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing financial guidance to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

– Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
– Provide financial guidance and support to management
– Develop financial models and forecasts
– Monitor and report on financial performance
– Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting
– Conduct financial analysis for various projects and initiatives
– Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
– 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
– CPA or CFA designation preferred
