Warehouse Worker Job Description:

We are looking for a diligent warehouse worker to assist in the organization and running of our warehouse. The warehouse worker will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

Responsibilities:
– Receive and unload incoming shipments
– Inspect and verify received goods against purchase orders
– Label and store received items in appropriate locations
– Prepare and pack orders for shipment
– Ensure accuracy in picking orders and packaging products
– Perform inventory checks and maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock
– Keep warehouse clean and organized
– Assist in loading and unloading trucks
– Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous warehouse experience is preferred
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
– Excellent organizational skills
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
