The Technical Engineering Manager for Reactor Components will be responsible for managing and working on services projects related to reactor components. This role will involve supervising a team and overseeing the technical aspects of these projects.

Location: Torrance, California

Salary: $70,000-$95,000 per year

Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR department
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Coordinate and conduct employee recruitment, onboarding, and training
– Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures
– Handle employee benefits and compensation administration
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws
– Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of HR management experience
– Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite
– SHRM certification a plus
