Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
