Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, cultivating new customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
– Identify and cultivate new customer relationships in the assigned territory
– Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular contact and relationship-building
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
– Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers
– Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure sales targets are met
– Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven track record of sales success
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
