Clinical Research Coordinator

Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trials
– Coordinate study activities, such as patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits
– Collect and manage data in accordance with study protocols
– Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and patients regarding study progress
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines
– Assist with the preparation and submission of study documents to regulatory agencies
– Participate in the development of research protocols and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Prior experience in clinical research coordination
– Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office suite
