Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase lead generation
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities
– Manage the creation and delivery of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media posts
– Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales support materials and identify new opportunities for growth
– Analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
– Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities are within budget
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of success
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
