Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process within our manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise the production team and ensure that all employees follow safety protocols
– Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
– Inspect products for quality control and ensure that they meet customer specifications
– Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow
– Train new employees on production processes and procedures
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a production supervisor role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
