Job Description:

Maersk is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the management team.
– Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and providing timely and efficient responses.
– Drafting, editing, and proofreading emails, reports, and other communications.
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
