Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Woodbridge, VA

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring efficient processes are in place for inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is adequate for upcoming orders
– Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures
– Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
– Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records
– Identify and report on slow-moving or obsolete inventory items
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
– 2+ years of experience in inventory control or related field
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
