The company’s services support a wide scale and they are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the development projects and increase visibility within the organization. The manager will also be responsible for hiring and growing a successful engineering team.
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
– Follow up on overdue accounts and work with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies
– Reconcile accounts and post payments to customer accounts
– Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
– 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
