The project manager is responsible for managing data entry and information upkeep for designated projects. They aim to provide high-quality service through knowledgeable staff and efficient project management.
Position: Insurance Broker

Location: Ontario, Canada

Our client, a reputable insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Insurance Broker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized advice
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters
– Analyze and assess risks to determine appropriate coverage options
– Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
– Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
– Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage setting
– RIBO license is required
– Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using insurance broker management systems and Microsoft Office suite
