Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team in providing support for our organization’s computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance
– Provide technical support to end-users and assist with software issues
– Set up and maintain network infrastructure to ensure connectivity among all devices
– Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to prevent malfunctions
– Keep abreast of new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
– Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end-users
