The IT Project Manager in Markham, ON is responsible for tracking assigned modules and systems, and acts as a liaison between functional and technical resources for ERP projects. This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the IT Director.
Regional Sales Manager
Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and maximize revenue
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
– Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
– Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management
– Travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and mentoring skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
– Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
– Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
