Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience working with PLCs, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to schedule
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
– Work with PLCs to diagnose and resolve issues
– Document maintenance activities and update equipment records
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
– Collaborate with production team to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to optimize maintenance processes

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
– Strong mechanical and electrical skills
– Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
