Southbridge Health Care LP, based in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager for long-term care on a permanent full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management.
Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Coordinator will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
– Conduct onboarding for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
– Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
– Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to support departmental goals
– Provide support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration
– Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
