Job Description:

– Responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
– Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
– Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate job tasks and meet project deadlines
– Complete paperwork and reports as necessary to document work completed
– Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
– Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Safety-conscious mindset
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
– Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
