This position reports to the Manager of Clinical Informatics and Chief Medical Information Officer. The ideal candidate should have experience with computer technology, clinical change management, project leadership, and policy.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

– Planning, coordinating and executing project activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
– Developing project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
– Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
– Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
– Conducting regular project meetings and preparing reports for senior management
– Ensuring adherence to project management best practices and company standards

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
– Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
– PMP certification is a plus
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
