Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications:
