Job Description:

Marriott International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Finance and Business Support to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. You will also provide business support to the hotel’s leadership team, helping to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the hotel’s business goals
– Prepare and review the hotel’s annual budget and monthly forecasts
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive business decisions
– Ensure compliance with Marriott International’s financial policies and procedures
– Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
