A Program Manager of Digital Health & Special Projects is needed in Toronto to work with project sponsors and lead project teams. The role involves supporting various digital health initiatives and special projects within the company.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
– Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
– Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
– Prepare and analyze budget, financial forecasts, and financial reports.
– Monitor and interpret monthly financial performance against budgets.
– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
– Provide financial expertise, guidance, and support to the management team.
– Manage the preparation of external audit materials and financial audits.
– Develop and maintain financial databases.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
– Manage and supervise finance staff.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA) is an asset.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
– Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and financial management software.
